Dr. Pons is a recognised quantitative finance expert and has recently turned her hand to develop sustainability, climate and biodiversity governance, carbon foot printing and climate strategies. She advises senior leadership on embedding environmental and social considerations into institutional frameworks, with a focus on aligning long-term strategy, accountability, and measurable impact. Her work bridges training and capacity building, international policy, organisational transformation, and implementation. She has experience and expertise in the health sector and consumer protection, advocacy and rights.
Duncan is a specialist in finance, with extensive experience across banking and regulatory environments. He is a subject matter expert in operational risk management and operational resilience. His work focuses on the integration of climate and environmental risks into market, credit, operational, and liquidity risk frameworks, including carbon footprinting and reduction strategies, stress testing and capital adequacy modelling. He is particularly focused on translating complex mathematical approaches into actionable tools for decision-makers. He also has experience in the health sector and local government regarding climate education, carbon footprinting and actions.
